Norbar standard series torque multipliers. Torque multipliers allow the use of small torque wrenches when applying high torques, reducing operator effort and facilitating work in confined spaces.

Output Drive: 1.1/2in

  • Robust construction means minimal maintenance and long life.
  • High precision planetary gear system. All gears rotate on needle roller bearings about hardened and ground journal pins.
  • True torque application ratio of 5:1.
  • Accuracy guaranteed better than ±4% throughout the operating range, taking the uncertainty out of high torque tightening.
  • Range of nose extensions available for reaching difficult-to-access bolts.
  • Electronic torque transducers can be fitted to most models or precise torque monitoring (see annular transducers).
  • NB: Stock No. 130160 has an Outside Diameter of 144 mm.
