Pneutorque Standard Series, models from 6000 Nm to 9500 Nm, single and two speed. The Pneutorque consists of a robust air motor driving a Norbar multiplier with three or more stages of epicyclic gearing. Torque control is achieved by adjustment of the air pressure.

Smooth and continuous torque output makes the tool suitable for a wide range of bolting and non-bolting applications.
Single and two speed machines available. Two speed machines have run down speeds five times greater than the final torque speed.
Forward and reverse operation.
Sound pressure level does not exceed 85 dB(A).
No impacting or pulsing - less operator fatigue and less damage to tool and bolted assembly.
Reaction device is steel bar with adjustable reaction foot (Alternative reaction devices are available).
Graph of air pressure versus torque supplied with each tool to allow specific torque values to be set.
Repeatability of ±5%.
Electronic torque transducer can be fitted for precise torque monitoring.
Supplied with calibration certificate
Free speed is measured at maximum air pressure and in high gear.
