MOLYKOTE® 1000 Lubricant paste is a nickel and lead-free anti-seize solution designed to minimise wear and optimise friction in threaded fasteners and metal-to-metal joints, facilitating non-destructive disassembly. It is suitable for high-temperature environments, functioning effectively across a wide temperature range of -30°C to +650°C, while ensuring non-destructive dismantling even after extensive use. The paste provides excellent corrosion protection and maintains a consistent coefficient of friction in applications involving oiled bolts, even after multiple loosening and re-tightening cycles. Typical uses include cylinder head bolts, nozzle head screws in plastic injection molding machines, bolted joints in the chemical industry, and tension rings in centrifuges.
