Stanley MaxSteel aviation snips will cut up to 18 gauge/1.2 mm mild steel sheet and 23 gauge/0.7 mm stainless steel sheet.

  • Blades made from forged chrome molybdenum steel.
  • Heat treated cutting edges.
  • Serrated blades grip the material being cut.
  • Compound leverage eases the cutting of thicker material and increases control for intricate cutting.
  • Spring-loaded, self-opening handles (with safety catch).
  • Bi-material, easy grip handles.
  • Three models are available with colour coded grips.
  • Green handled cuts right curves and straight.
  • Yellow handled cuts straight and shallow curves left and right
  • Red handled cuts left curves and straight.
  • Meets or exceeds ANSI/ASME/ISO/DIN specifications.
